This is my body now.
This is my body after two kids.
After survival mode.
After losing myself.
After rebuilding myself from the ground up. 🖤

And honestly?
I’ve never felt more powerful in it.

For so long, I thought confidence came after you “fixed” yourself. After the weight loss. After the glow up. After becoming softer, smaller, prettier, more acceptable.

But healing taught me something different.

Our bodies are not supposed to stay the same forever. They carry us through motherhood, heartbreak, trauma, love, stress, joy, survival, rebirth… and every version deserves to be celebrated.

It doesn’t matter what stage of life you’re in right now.
You do not need to wait to deserve photos.
You do not need to shrink yourself to feel beautiful.
You do not need to become someone else to feel worthy.

This body has carried me through some of the darkest seasons of my life.

Maybe it’s your resilience.
Maybe it’s your softness.
Maybe it’s the fact you rebuilt yourself after life tried to break you.

For me?
It’s probably the fact I turned some of the hardest chapters of my life into art, purpose, and something powerful enough to help other people feel seen too.

I’m a mum.
A business owner.
A little chaotic.
A little dramatic.
