Wirraka Maya celebrated R U OK? Day with a successful event that encouraged connection, meaningful conversations and support for mental wellbeing. The day gave staff and community members a chance to come together, check in with one another, and reinforce the importance of asking, “Are you OK?”💛

Children’s Colouring Competition Announcement

We are excited to announce our upcoming Children’s Colouring Competition! This fun event is open to young artists of all ages and encourages creativity while raising awareness for important health concerns.

Participants are invited to create their most vibrant and imaginative coloring pictures. Completed artworks should be submitted to the reception desk at the clinic by the end of the month. Don't miss the chance to showcase your creativity and potentially win some fantastic prizes!

In addition, this competition aims to bring attention to health issues, particularly respiratory health. If you or someone you know is experiencing any concerns or meets the criteria listed in the attached flyer, we encourage you to schedule a visit with your doctor. Please remember that lung screenings are conveniently conducted here in Hedland.
