I can take years to have the courage or to want to do an experience like this. Or, it might come naturally and you jump straight in.

Whatever the journey with your body, I am proud.

I am so proud of all the women who come to me wanting to have this experience for themselves. The experience of letting go of fears, the feeling of freedom with their body, of not holding back and just embracing who they are. It’s always unique, emotional and beautiful and an honour to hold space for.
