This Mooloolaba holiday apartment was all about capturing what a guest is really booking: not just somewhere to stay, but that unmistakable Sunshine Coast escape.

You’d never guess what the weather was doing between these shots… 🌧️☀️

This Maroochydore holiday rental was photographed between downpours, grabbing the exterior shots whenever the rain gave us a break.

With a little careful timing (and some help from a sky replacement!), we were still able to showcase those incredible water views and give the property the bright, inviting feel it deserved. 🌊

Because unfortunately, property photography doesn’t always come with perfect weather! 📸
