WARNING....⚠️ 12V post, look away now if easily bored by this topic 😀

After 2 years of running with the stock x3 sealed lead acid batteries and 300W solar panels, it was time for an upgrade.
Solar panels were crapping out (pulling 2.5amps in full sun), batteries were still good but heavy.
With the help of the old man (actually, mostly dads labour), installed
- 240ah Lithium Itech battery (saving 50kgs of weight),
- 2000w Renogy inverter
- 400w of Renogy flexible solar panels with raised Polycarbonate backing to allow for airflow
Should be set for longer off-grid trips, and ability to power coffee machine and toaster while 'roughing it' off grid 😀

And that's a wrap, bitter sweet being back home after such an amazing trip.
Great to be home with my beautiful family 🥰 and will have fantastic lifetime memories with a great bunch of mates.
Now we need to start working on the next exotic adventure....after a nice family trip 😉
