Got my hands on the Logitech G Australia & New Zealand MX Master 4 after my old MX reached its limit (rip in the chat)

So keen to test this out and see how it integrates to my content but also under the pump of the agency I work at!

The Meta Ray Ban Gen 2, a few months later. Here’s what I think.

They are so good for everyday use. Music, general questions, and capturing little moments.

I think they are pretty poor in camera quality but I think that’s the point, I think it’s best used for little behind the scene stuff of little moments with friends and family.

So I definitely recommend them but that’s just me 🤷‍♂️

I never used to use cases but since I’ve gotten significantly clumsier, I thought why not throw one on that not only looks clean, but is also functional. 🤷‍♂️😮‍💨

Is the DJI Action 5 Pro still worth it?

1000000%

To sum it up, don’t just by a new camera or tech for the sake of it. You’d be surprised how well your older cameras can hold up against the newer ones!

Wellllll…

I burnt out bad. With being a full time creative and shooting fights on the weekend, there is very little juices left running for my instagram content.

And I’d be lying if I said I was feeling 100% again but I think realising you’re burnt out and actively taking a step back to breathe and reset is a good idea.

I enjoyed a little downtime on the weekend and I’ve started taking care of myself physically that was something that elevated that internal spark.

This video is just to admit that I was burnt out and to keep me accountable like I wanted to do with the content I make and show that even if you are burnt out. You can come back just as strong. It’s not always sunshine and rainbows but it’s not always going to be negative. 🫡

Overthinking, everyone does it.

But it doesn’t mean and should be the reason you stop your self from posting or honestly doing anything in your life. Even the most successful people in your niche overthink.

So allow the thought to pass through and get to doing whatever your mind is holding you back from doing.

You have just as much right as the next person.

I’ve learnt a lot through my journey over the past year. Here are my biggest lessons and what I wish I knew sooner… ➡️

1. Shooting in LOG - learning how to colour grade and shooting in LOG has elevated my content. it gives a sense of style, your own unique twist/style with your own colours and personality. I could never go back.

2. Bad Audio - I think there’s a saying “people forgive bad visuals but NEVER bad audio” this has never been more true. Now im not saying go ahead and buy the most expensive pair of microphones but invest in a good pair. TRUST ME, im speaking from experience.

3. Angles - Don’t be afraid to change it up. Eye level is good and all but switch it up. Shoot low, high, upside down if you have to. Just switch it up and watch it elevate your content!

4. Practice, Practice, Practice - It’s a long journey and you won’t be good off the rip but the more you post the more you learn. Plus looking back at your videos and seeing the progress you’ve made is motivating. Put those reps in.

5. Gear - No one actually cares about your gear, it’s all about mastering what you have and knowing when to invest or upgrade to something better. The last thing you want to be is that creative who has all the gear but no idea.

6. Consistency - It will never get easy, BUT it will get easier. It’s all about putting yourself out there, creating what makes you happy and being vulnerable.
