Happy Due Day 🤍

She was my first friend in Sydney. She’ll admit she kissed a few frogs before she found her prince, but I’ve had a front row seat watching her find her happiness.

She’s also one of the godmothers to my daughters, always that reliable friend, the one who says nothing is too hard, and if you need her, she’s there.

So capturing her just moments before she creates a little person of her own was an absolute privilege and an honour.

Oh, and did I mention she’s an absolute powerhouse on the pole? So naturally we had to bring a bit of that fierce, sexy & fun energy into the shoot too 💃🤍

I can’t wait to meet this little human you have both made.

So yeah you can come out now, we’re all ready for you!

Those first 4 weeks…..

What nobody tells you is how quickly the newborn haze disappears. The tiny fingers wrapped around yours. The way they fit perfectly into the crook of your arm. That sleepy little frown while they dream. One day you blink and your baby is starting school, and you’re wondering where on earth the time went.

Next month - I will have a 10 year old.

I am sure time speeds up when you become a parent!!

If I’m honest, some days I can barely remember her this small, except for the photos. They take me back to those moments, I never want to forget.

This is why I do what I do. Not just pretty pictures, but real, tender proof of this season. So that on the hard days (and there will be hard days) you can look back and remember how loved, how connected, how utterly besotted you were from the very start.

Dreamy winter maternity feels 🤍

The perfect winter maternity session ✨
There’s something about this brioche knit that just does something to a session. The way it moves, the way the light catches every stitch, the way it wraps around a bump like it was made for this exact moment, because honestly, it kind of was.

This cardigan is one of my favourite pieces in the studio wardrobe right now. Buttery soft, oversized, and so gentle against bare skin that mums barely notice they’re wearing it, they just feel held. It’s hand-knit by skilled artisans in Peru using traditional techniques, so every session with it feels like it’s wrapped in a little extra care too.

Winter is honestly my favourite time for maternity sessions. Soft natural light, cosy textures, and images that feel timeless rather than trend-driven. If you’re due over the next few months, this is your sign to book that session you’ve been thinking about 🤍

So much fun photographing the incredibly talented Mitch Wynter 🎪✨ Trickster from Cirque du Soleil, ahead of KOOZA landing in Sydney this year!

I also got to capture some of the gorgeous cast along the way, in the most stunning handcrafted costumes 🤍 Such a treat to spend an afternoon with such genuinely lovely, talented people, against our stunning harbour backdrop.

These photos are gracing the cover of the June edition of Peninsula Living, Pittwater and Northshore Living magazines.

Can’t wait to see KOOZA when it arrives - if this crew’s energy is anything to go by, it’s going to be unforgettable.

Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Today I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to every beautiful family who booked in me .withlovephotography this Mother’s Day season.

Capturing your love, connection and chaos in the most beautiful way is something I never take for granted.

To all the mums, step mums, grandmas, mums-to-be, mother figures, and the women who love so deeply and selflessly every single day…….. today is for you.🤍

And to those spending today missing their mum, longing to be one, grieving, healing or carrying a heavy heart… I’m thinking of you too. Mother’s Day can hold so many emotions, and every single one is valid. 🤍

Being a mum is exhausting, messy, overwhelming and beautiful all at once… but what a privilege it is to love little humans so fiercely. Take a minute today to appreciate yourself, the memories you’re creating, and just how lucky we are to experience this kind of love.🤍

The kind of soul who makes people feel seen, comfortable, and instantly at ease. Her warmth is magnetic, and her energy is something you never forget.
