Welcome to SydSquad, the original home of plane-spotting at Sydney Airport. SydSquad is a small group of aviation enthusiasts from both Sydney and the Gold Coast in Australia, made up of Tim, Matt and Kurt. Collectively, we pool our knowledge and expertise of aviation and host dynamic live plane-spotting shows featuring Australian airports on YouTube. We film these live shows from various vantage

points around airports showcasing aircraft, ground movements and anything else of interest that happens airside during the show. Our live shows are family friendly, chilled back and feature expert commentary making great entertainment for people of all ages.​

SydSquad acknowledges our charity partner of choice, Little Wings, who provide free, professional, safe flight for seriously ill children in Australia. We donate all proceeds of our Merchandise line to Little Wings. Currently, we boast a growing viewer base of over 160,000 people worldwide and typically livestream with up to 1500 viewers per live show. Something non-standard for your viewing pleasure, viewers. But, we found an aviation-themed tiny home in the beautiful southern highlands of NSW that we never knew we needed. The attention to detail is on another level.

Let me introduce 'Calgary Cutie'. Full of aviation memorabilia everywhere you look, it was a really enjoyable way to get away from it all. She's located about 90mins south-west of Sydney, not far from Jamberoo. There is a second tiny home on the same property for us to try next time by the name of 'Maiden Seattle'.
(Yes they're dedicated to the former Virgin Blue aircraft names).

Hosts Amanda and Steve are long-time serving cabin crew and will look after you!
