Attilio Maiorano and his team from Convivo Byron Bay brought the complete Italian experience to Lo Scoglio for our Lean Timms workshop.

From the hills of Abruzzo, Italy to the hinterland of Byron Bay. Attilio is from a family of passionate chefs and currently has an incredible premium catering business in Byron Daniela & Attilio Maiorano with chef sister and Daniela Daniela Maiorano

Not only did we have the most incredible Italian feast to capture in preparation, process and perfectly plated, we devoured every morsel as we bonded at the long indoor and outdoor dining tables.

These wonderful dishes I am completely still dreaming about but especially that tiramisu, the pasta and that perfect salad.

Cake anyone? Just one of everything please!

As part of our incredible Lean Timms workshop we were spoilt and treated to the culinary talents of Attilio Maiorano and his team. Both mornings we walked into steaming hot, fresh coffee and then at morning tea an array of these delicious cakes.

A chocolate gal at heart always, this cake was the chocolate cake of my dreams.

But just wait until I show you the tiramisu. A delectable joy to capture onsite at Lo Scoglio but even better to devour. Absolutely spoilt.
