People I admire: the ones who see their own value before anyone else does and invest in it. Kezia is one of them.

Kezia started as an OT. Just her, on the ground, working with participants one at a time. In under two years she grew that into 25+ staff and 160+ participants, no investors, nothing handed to her. She’s said it herself- relationships, visibility, brand. That’s what built it.

She’s won multiple international awards for it, and she’s never once acted like that was the finish line. She’s constantly learning, constantly building. This year, she launched LearnAble, an AI company built with Lee, a former Google, YouTube and TikTok exec. Same woman, same instinct, bigger problem. She saw a gap nobody else was looking at and just... built the thing.

My first shoot with her was last year. I’ve shot her and her businesses five times since. And honestly, every time I shoot her I feel it. She’s not posing for nice photos. She’s already everything the camera is showing- the achievements, the vision, all of it. My job is just closing the gap between who she already is and what people actually see when they find her online.

This is exactly why personal branding photos matter. Not to manufacture confidence you don’t have. To finally show the world the version of you that’s already there.

I don’t think I’ll ever get used to this part of the job, watching my clients grow, and getting to be there for it. 💜 📸
