It has been a while. From trying to cut down on social media as its so addictive and without realizing when you're free, first thing you do is, you open your social media app, start browsing and when you stop, few hours has passed by.
So when fatherhood arrived, covid hit, cutting down turned into shutting down haha. Now I have lost the habit of logging in to social media, I feel so lost here. But I had told myself(plus many of you too had mentioned to me haha), I will push myself more to post as it helps my work so first post after a long time.
Frankly speaking, I have been frustrated with my own work for quite a long time now ( as I do not see the improvement) but at the end of the day, I hoped the clients were happy with what I passed to them and though not 100%, most were/are which is a sigh of relief as that is what matters when I am paid to capture their moments.
This shoot was such a great experience for me as Charlotte and Cheyenne were such easy kids to shoot(normally children only will give you 5 mins of attention but both of them were made it a joy to shoot the whole time and that too without fake smiles for photos, which kids normally do haha).
Last shot them when Cheyenne was 1 and now shes 7 years(few months younger than my son). TIme does fly. It brings a smile to see them growing so well and wishing they have the time of their life making great memories.
Thanks to the well wishers who do ask me hows it going and if I am still doing photography. Yes, I am still doing photography and will try to post and share my work even if I am not 100% satisfied. Maybe one day I will be 100% satisfied(actually I dont think so haha cos why I fell for photography was cos you can always learn more and improve).
And I was really satisfied with the shots we got on this day. Thats why I am posting them, duh! haha(this reminds me of my mahabharaaaaaat days)
Enough words, let the pictures do the talking.
