1 year of Tyler…
Buddy, you are literally our world. Both your mum and I have never fought so fiercely and challenged ourselves so much to change because of what a beautiful boy you are.
You came into this world like there was a weight to what you were going to bring. And every day I see you bringing more depth to the world around you.
You started out like you wanted to tackle everything in your life with an intensity I’ve never seen before. But slowly you’ve morphed into this deep soul, a contemplative and curious boy that loves in a special way.
You don’t seek out the world, you let the world come to you. I’ve watched as you’ve slowly tinkered and learned, quietly challenging yourself and approach things with a grounded sense of being. You don’t seek approval, but you yearn for companionship.
You etch into people a deep love, making each person have a unique sense of being when you accept them.
Your mother and I just melt when we see you immerse yourself in nature, spending long periods of time just enthralled watching the birds and trees sing with the gentle breeze and quiet chirps.
You are without a doubt just one of a kind. A beautiful boy. Hungry for the world, but letting it be your world. You are truly special, and I want you to have everything. We love you, we know your ceiling for greatness, and we have no doubt of the man you are going to be.
