Some places truly live up to the hype, and Kinkaku-ji is one of them.
Standing beside the mirror-like pond, watching the golden pavilion reflect perfectly against the peaceful gardens, it's easy to understand why this is one of Japan's most iconic landmarks. The combination of traditional architecture, carefully maintained landscapes, and the quiet atmosphere creates a scene that feels almost surreal.

Neon nights in Miami.

Captured in front of the iconic Colony Hotel in South Beach, a true Art Deco masterpiece. Built in 1935, its symmetrical facade, vertical neon signage, porthole-inspired windows, and clean geometric lines are classic examples of Miami’s preserved Art Deco architecture.

As the sun drops, the pastel tones and electric blues bring the building to life, blending history, design, and atmosphere into one unforgettable scene.

Sunsets hit different in Negril, and honestly… science backs it up!

Negril is home to some of the most consistent sunsets in the Caribbean, thanks to its west-facing coastline and calm waters... which mean golden skies, glassy reflections, and boats that politely pose without being asked.

This moment was one of very few during our week in Jamaica, where I took the camera to the beach... This one was all about warm golden hues, quiet movement, and that ultra relaxing slow-down feeling that we got to experience daily.

This photo serves as a reminder of the amazing week in the Caribbean that we were so fortunate to spend with some amazing Canadian friends!
