This year, in addition, to wishing the Best Holidays and A Happy New Year in 2023 to all my FB friends I want to share with you my family recipe for some Romanian Christmas / New Year food called 'Sarmale' (Meat Cabbage Rolls). Even if by now, we lived longer in Australia than in Romania, we still cook this every year! I am sure every family in Romania has their own version, but here is mine:

My entry to competition I call it: Will save our future? It has been published in the 2021 One Photo Challenge Gallery. I look at this as an allegorical : It is all ( ) ( of in the background) and (the curves of of by surrounded by lush -all stand before me as already heavy and were present too. So, I asked myself: Will mankind learn to live in with as our forefathers did, or will our and our one day be swept away? What do you think? I wanted the predominant in the image to be a of .
