I love taking photos of wildlife, and have a special interest in photographing Australia's Birds. There are 910 species of birds found in Australia, of these I have currently photographed 210 species. As well as birds I also love to explore a lot of the natural parts of the world, photographing our natural wonders.

Warrnambool was a waterbird wonderland. Got excellent views of a few species that I had only seen a few times prior. This is a Blue-billed duck. The path next to the lagoon had quite a bit of cover to hide from their watchful eyes. Got some great footage of this one preening which I will share in a future Birding Hotspots video.

Had a lovely family Easter trip to the shipwreck coast of Victoria. Of course I had to squeeze in a little bit of bird photography where I saw many cool birds, and also ticked off a couple of lifers.
One of which was the cute little Sanderling. A bird that can be seen on every continent (except Antarctica).

36 of my favourite animal encounters at the Pantanal. Over the 11 days I photographed 197 bird species (166 were lifers). I’ve created 5 videos featuring nearly all of these birds, all in glorious 4K. Perfect if you are heading to this region and want to see what wildlife to expect, or even for the wildlife lover. Only stick your head in the sand …. If you are looking for food. This Bar-tailed Godwit was having a great feed of crabs 🦀 along the Merimbula boardwalk. Just about time for them to fly back to the northern hemisphere.

Drove down south to Pambula and met up with fellow YouTuber Sonia from Flying Parrot Photography. One of my main targets was to get some good shots of Southern Emuwren. Panboola Wetlands did not disappoint!
