A fire has been lit in my belly.

A new and profound passion for every woman to feel like a queen, a goddess, a model worthy of magazine cover.

I am absolutely in awesome of the Cross section where my creative ideas and the celebration of a woman being vulnerable behind the lens intersect.

And it just makes pure magic.

From the moment I was inspired this creative vision i was counting down the days and I am now super obsessed with doing this time and time again.

Here's a crazy idea for couples getting married, and again I know its not for everyone.

A 15 minute editorial on your wedding day.

A preorganised, dedicated and ready styled space that is there for you to showcase and enjoy a curated moment.

I am a candid lover first and foremost and feel I always will be, but a very small break in the wind to get some elevated moments to remember is an addition I didn't find myself becoming so passionate about.

I dont think I've ever laughed as much during a ceremony thanks to the wild talent of

Everyone understood the brief, we were there for a celebration.
And that it was.

Custom suits, personalised entry way entries, bubble machines, Table captains, Meat raffles, off the charts banter, literal fireworks, the as always A+ service provided by Alana and her team at the falls.

Im not quite sure where to start.

It was a day to remember and certainly one ill never forget.

Congratulations to these two lovebirds.

You clearly have a good crew arpund you and it was a pleasure to document your day.

Thought Id do another little post and get on the other side of the lens and share a little bit more about myself.

Im Sapphire.

I wear black often.
I never wear make up.

I am exceptionally confident meeting strangers and love hearing couples say I made an impact on their day but struggle translating that here on social media.

I've thought so often of putting on a trendy pant suit and taking branding shots to look a certain kind of polished and professional, but that just isnt me.

My passion for this work centers around authenticity, and trying to present myself any other way than the bare faced girl in black, feels the opposite of that.

So this is me taking a minute to pour my heart out on the internet and keep chipping away at finding my people.

I love genuine down to earth couples.
And crave find the ones that want see value in creating a quality wedding but aren't stressing about making the day a giant production.

The wholesome everyday couple, investing not just their money into the day, but curating a genuine experience being present with their best friends and family members.

The couples that appreciate quality images while feeling like it isnt something theyve seen elsewhere time and time again.

The couples who feel like their guests are just as important as them.

Who want nice photos together but dont love the spotlight kind of style.

Who love the more candid photojournalist style.

Who surrender to trusting me to capture the whole thing in the most authentic way possible.

Belly laughs, tears, the wild dance moves lubricated by a few drinks will all be making the album.

I see value in the unspoken roles on your wedding day.

Making your partner that hates photos getting comfy with me in their space so I feel less of a stranger and more of the friend with the D grade jokes following you around with a camera.

All relationships that survive to the point of walking down the aisle deserve being celebrated.

But certain people suit certain people's vibes to document them.

You need to find your right fit.

I love celebrating milestones.

Settling down roots in this small town of ours means I have the pleasure of already knowing some of this new wave of couples celebrating their engagement.

And I honestly love it. Having that little extra edge to crack a few more jokes.

Forever an advocate for this area we live in.
was the perfect backdrop to showcase these two and I was surprised by how much colour the gardens still had to offer this time of year.

Looking forward to the new couples to capture at the grounds now that glenrock is back opening their wedding bookings again.

What an absolute joy.
The laughter, the quality of the company, the art of the multi course spread.

A night to truly remember.

Documenting this night fed my soul.

I absolutely adore .bar and everyone who is a piece of its divine puzzle.

What a pleasure to shoot this occasion and share a little glimpse of the magic there.

Yes the food is what brings people there, but the experience that was had, is what is worth documenting and coming back for time and time again.

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mummas out there that pour countless unseen hours into making everyines love stories that extra but magical.

Mothers are warriors, they wear 38383 hats, constantly care for others and many times are unnoticed.

But today is a day to honour those moments.

I always see the mummas tidy up or making foods during getting readys.

I see her looking across the aisle to their new son in laws mother to say I see you and thank you for raising a fine man to marry my daughter.

I see the mothers carting flowers from ceremonies and putting them on reception tables to make sure those moments are extra special.

I see the mothers that embrace their new daughter in laws like their very own child.

I see the mothers sharing the literal life story of their precious baby now standing in front of their nearest and dearest and marrying their forever person.

What legends you all are.

I hope you are loved and cared for so very much today.
