The most beautiful day Celebrating Meg and Cam down the Great Ocean road at Anglesea on Friday I just had to share some of my favourites from their day. Originally the ceremony was planned for the beach but the wind was blowing an absolute gale that day so quick thinking and they ended up saying I do nestled under these beautiful wind swept trees. Their day was just one of those weddings that you never want to end and the DF was absolute 🔥 with Demi.

My jaw literally hit the floor when I saw Meg’s dress hanging in her room that morning.

Everything about this day 🥺 can we do it all again pleaseee

Seaside Elopement

I can’t believe that I’ve had one of my most favourite editorial elopements I’ve ever shot in my LIFE tucked away on hard drives since September 2022.

2024 has been HUGE so far. With possibly one of the biggest shifts in my life and I am just so excited to knuckle down into my creative self this year. Focus on me. Focus on my art. Focus on the artist I picture myself to be with no road blocks, people or fear in my way. Getting some photoshoots and art in my camera and on my screen rather than on scrapbooks of paper in journals tucked away all over my household and in my notes app on my phone.
Im so excited to be more so based down Melbourne ways now and have got some exciting things in the works for the year ahead.

I’ve been travelling around the country side the last couple of months and finding my heart deep in the longing for film. In January this year I photographed this beautiful family and took a couple on film (second slide and last slide). Completely forgot all about it and then recently on a trip to the snow took nothing but my film cameras to document my trip. After filling the roll and getting them printed I was so surprised to see them and now am wanting to do more of it 🫶🏼 I’ve enjoyed the slow season of winter this year. Lots of fires with friends, snow visits with my new little nephew, a few beach days that turned into weeks, family weekends at the footy and most important of all slowing down for me and WITH me. Focusing on my needs and silence so I can see what blooms next 🫶🏼
In light of world breastfeeding week and getting my roll developed I thought it was about damn time I shared this session I shot 8 months ago now 📷

A very special person told me one day that she takes photos of all the flowers in her garden, to remind herself how beautiful her life was when she’s there at the end by herself in aged care. If she ever was to feel alone and unable to plant any flowers in a garden. She can look back on all the seeds she’s sewn and be reminded of the beauty of her life that she had created and the beauty of planting flowers for other people to one day enjoy. Life has no straight lines and neither do flowers nor gardens. Plant a garden inspired by life itself.

I don’t think a day has passed and I haven’t thought about what she told me 🌸

You may remember this beautiful couple from the proposal I photographed on the sand dunes at Wilsons Prom 🌊

Well this weekend was their wedding and I am so happy that these two beautiful souls are finally married and that I was their to capture the next chapter in their lives.

When Katie told me about the dress she was wearing from my initial response had a few F flying! As you could imagine! Josh’s eyes when he saw Katie walk down the isle with her dad said everything ❤️ two beautiful souls with a love like no other

A real life wedding elopement in the mountains of Mt Kosciuszko with the gorgeous and her Hubby Justin (aka Rip 👉🏼literally looked and spoke just like rip👈🏼)
When Lauren inquired only a short couple of months ago seeing if I was available and told me of her plans to elope with her horses in the mountains with the love of her life I was like count me in! The most PERFECT day and a reminder to do it your way that best represents you. We drove in to Mt Kosciuszko to a quiet little hut on the edge of a river with the fire lit inside where Justin and Lauren exchanged their vowels in front of their nearest and dearest.
I’ve been hanging out for season 5 of Yellowstone so it’s the perfect day to share this sneak peak of Lauren & Justin’s ripper day.
It’s an elopement that I won’t ever forget 🫶🏼

You’ve been waiting since March 2020 for this day. Between C*vid restrictions and babies we finally got there 🫶🏼

I travelled to the goldie this weekend to photograph these gorgeous souls as they exchanged their vows to each other in front of all their friends and family. I don’t think there were many dry eyes during the ceremony 🥹
Every now and then you attend a wedding that’s just so full of love and this one was definitely one of them where you feel like part of the fam 🫶🏼 felt like I was right at home 🥹

Session availability & Package updates

Deniliquin, Echuca, Hay and surrounds listen up 🥰

I've had a few messages to ask if I am back doing local sessions and the answer is a BIG FAT YES (for now anyways hence the importance of booking in). There is no better time to finally book in some family photos or a couple session etc than now.

I am updating my sessions and pricing as of July 1st so that means you have approximately 8 days to lock in a session at the current pricing for just a 25% deposit...and yes you can book in any date that falls in 2022 so you could book a date for August/December for example and lock it in before July 1st for just a 25% deposit to guarantee a session with me.

Byron Bay | Gold Coast - YES I have some dates coming for you so if you want them please get in touch ASAP as I have a fully booked end of the year with weddings so I will only be able to squeeze a session in here and there. I am planning on another roadie though which is in the early planning stages. Possibly August/September.

Melbourne - I have ONE session become available for early next week. This is extremely rare so get in super quick if you would love this whilst it's on offer.

So if you are wanting a session with me this year I have limited availability and then come July 1st my prices will be going up and packages changed and I can't honour old prices as it will all switch on my online system.

October - I can do LOCAL sessions only around weddings.
November - FULLY BOOKED

Maternity - if you are wanting a maternity session it is really important to lock your date in now. The end of my year for 2022 is hectic so I would hate for you to miss out.

My favourite kind of love...
A little story for your Monday night. I saw this beautiful face .ryan on Instagram years ago and our paths crossed during lockdown and when I finally met her before she moved down south I just had this feeling she was going to meet a really special person and that this move was going to change her life ✨ fast forward and that’s when comes in to create the most beautiful love story ❤️ last year I suggested for them to visit Wilsons Prom for a weekend away as it’s such a special sacred place and it soon became such a special place for them. Fast forward to the start of this year when josh messaged me telling me he was planning on proposing to Katie at Wilsons Prom and for me to capture it. I nearly died with excitement! The next day Katie put up the cutest photo of them on insta, I commented on it saying we need to plan a shoot pronto (had to make it Katie’s idea so she wouldn’t suspect a thing) and then plan this whole thing with Josh via secret messaging but then messaging katie making her think all the decisions were her idea LOL. The dress luckily became available within the week of the shoot and arrived the day before I headed off luckily as I couldn’t have pictured this shoot without it as you would agree.
Fast forward shoot time and Josh and I had to meet and act like we never have spoken a word to each other and he pulled off the whole thing without Katie suspecting a thing ✨

Every time I see a photo of these guys on the gram I am just so happy. They are the most beautiful souls inside and out ✨ my favourite type of love ❤️

What a pearler of a wedding to finish off this wedding season with.

Every wedding I try to guess what the brides dress will be before I see it and as I was driving down to the Yarra valley in my old rusty van I was imagining a glowy afternoon in rolling paddocks with Hayley in a big Tulle skirt and a b**b tube. I got to the girls and saw some “poof” in the dress bag and literally said to Hayley “omg I knew you were going to have a poofy dress but I pictured you with a skirt and a b**b tube!” Hayley was like “NO WAY!” Thats it! And we jumped and laughed around and then Hayley got into her dress and the highland cattle in the paddock were just an added bonus.

But in all seriousness - what a bunch of legends this whole wedding was!

A HUGE shoutout to Ry from Her Moon and Stars Styling for styling this wedding to a dream wedding oasis and for all the hard work you put in. I can’t say it enough but if you are planning a wedding and want to hand the reins over to someone so passionate about making your dream day come true the best thing you can do is hire Ry.
She has got you from dresses to details to confetti. She lives and breathes styling and literally becomes your wedding bestie.
