Happy fathers day to all the Dads out there. We adore you.
Thankyou not just for all that you do. But for who you ARE. Without actually having to DO anything to deserve all the love and affection in the World.

I've been having some chats to friends who have recently become Dads and it sounds like it can often be quite lonely, especially if you're the only one in your group of mates who has kids. You're at work, then you want to race home to be a great partner and a great Dad, help the missus and be present with the kids. But I'm told, that what falls by the wayside is a lot of your old friendships and social connections. I'm not trying to make a big statement, simply saying that I see you dads, I hear what you're going through and you're doing an amazing job. Keep talking about what you're experiencing and keep reaching out to friends, both old and new.

One of the biggest reasons people book a Blossom Session is for their maternity shoot. It's so special to capture this stage of life, to be able to show your child and look back on. It's even more special when a client returns in a couple of years to have a family shoot and I get to capture that very same family in a new season.

What a joy and priviledge to create this art.

Blossom + beautiful woman in classy trench + cute doggo + rain = Iconic gallery celebrating the love between a girl and her best bud.

I'm still in love with these incredible photos of Cassie and her beautiful old dog from 2024. Truly one of the most unique collections of images I've ever created with someone. Also in THE WORST conditions. But man we made some great lemonade.

"My photography experience with Kelly was amazing. Kelly and her team were helpful, enthusiastic and talented. The weather was atrocious during our shoot, with heavy rain and freezing cold, but Kelly persisted through and kept my spirits up too. Kelly was even great wrangling my uncooperative dog, who just wanted to get out of the cold and rain! I wasn’t sure how the photos would turn out given the conditions, but they were amazing and so unique. Kelly actually kindly offered to have another shoot the following weekend because of the weather, but the photos were so beautiful, I didn’t need to. But the fact she offered it (with no additional charge) just shows her dedication to making sure her clients get the best photos. 10/10 recommend getting photography with Kelly!"

Waiting to book your blossom session until you know the weather will be good? No need!
You can reschedule your prebooked blossom session to another day during the festival, free of charge (as long as it's the day before your booking). Yippeee!

But on second thought...why would you when you can get iconic photos like these.

"You bring people joy" words I didn't know I needed to hear form this beautiful woman after her Blossom Session last year. I couldn't believe she had seen my work on instagram and wanted "that photo" so much, that she flew all the way from Sydney with her family to visit the festival and have a session with me.

Can't wait to bring more joy to more people this Spring!

Hi friends! I'm back from a social media hiatus to gear up for Blossom Sessions 2026.
If you're not interested in seeing happy beautiful people in a sea of white flowers, I suggest you come back here in about mid-October. Otherwise, buckle up and get excited to go full Japanese Cherry Blossom spring vibes.

A few changes to the blossom session offerings this year including a third pricing tier and polaroids! Honestly I don't know how it's taken us 4 years to think of that pairing.
