I create high quality styled stock photography for Fempreneurs and Women In Business. After 13 years as a wedding and family photographer I realised that I wanted to spend more of my weekends with my family (instead of everyone else's), so that's how Oh Tilly Styled Stock Photography came to be. Now I get to work my own hours and spend more time with my gorgeous hubby and two beautiful kids. My real passion is seeing women in business succeed in achieving financial freedom through their businesses. I aim to give them more of their time back by ensuring they always have great photos for every social media post, blog post or branding project. Obsessed with coffee, vintage Levis, white sneakers and any kind of chocolate.

The 'I’ll book when I’m ready' trap is very real.

It’s a bit like leaving a bill on the bench/fridge because future you will surely be more organised, more emotionally stable and more in the mood to deal with it.

Then suddenly it’s a day overdue and you’re paying that bill in a panic.

Brand photos are the same. An overdue bill is the same as 'the website needs photos, the launch is next week, LinkedIn is embarassing', and you’re wondering why you didn’t sort it earlier.

Most people don’t wait until they’re ready. They wait until it becomes urgent.

The problem is, rushed visuals rarely give you the best strategy, the best outfits, the best locations or the best version of your brand.

This right here is the bit I care about the most.

Not just 'the photos look great'; although obviously we want that too.

Nope, this is the good stuff.

Them feeling comfortable, feeling guided, feeling like you don't have to magically know what to do in front of the camera.

That's my job.

You bring the nerves, the outfits, the ideas and the messy bag of props.

I'll bring the direction, the visual brain, the weird ability to see the shot before it exists and enough calm (maybe caffeine too) to get you through it.

Brand shoots should not feel stiff or scary, or like you're being left to fend for yourself under a ring light.

They should feel planned, easy, fun and very much like someone has your back.

If being photographed makes you nervous, you're exactly my kind of people.

Because one good headshot is nice, but a full image library? That’s POWER!

Would I hire me?

It’s a spicy little question, isn’t it?

Not “am I good at what I do?”
Not “do I care about my clients?”
Not “do I have the experience?”

You might be brilliant.
You might be deeply qualified.
You might be the exact person someone needs.

But if a potential client lands on your website, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook today…

Would your visuals make them feel that?

Because people are making decisions before they ever speak to you.

They are looking at your headshot.
Your brand photos.
Your website images.
Your social media presence.
Your consistency.
Your confidence.
Your perceived level.

And quietly asking:

Do I trust this person?
Do they look current?
Do they look credible?
Do they look like the price they charge?
Do they feel memorable?
Do they look like the obvious choice?

That does not mean you need to look perfect.
