I had the opportunity to jump in the water and capture an event that promotes women in surfing.

As most of you know I’m a massive advocate for anything surfing. And the WWOW event was right up my alley!

Women in surfing over the last 70 odd years has drastically changed for the better and it’s only going up from here. It’s gone from women being unrecognised, unwanted and frowned upon for being surfers to now having equal pay in all of the major tour events and it being one of the only sports to date to have equal pay.

Events like this will inspire generations to come. And I’m excited to see the sport/hobby I love turn into something great
