🍽️ From Our Chef – Duck Breast

This special dish features a perfectly cooked duck breast served with roasted root vegetables, charred asparagus and a rich orange beurre blanc.

"Duck has always been one of my favourite ingredients to cook. It demands patience and respect – there are no shortcuts to achieving perfectly crisp skin while keeping the meat tender and juicy.

For me, it's more than just a dish; it's about taking the time to prepare something memorable. Every duck breast that leaves our kitchen is cooked the way I'd serve it to my own family, and I hope every guest enjoys it just as much."

This warm cob loaf is a dish held close to Chef Sean’s heart:

"The cob loaf reminds me that some of the best dishes are also the simplest. Growing up, freshly baked bread was always the centre of the table - it brought everyone together before the main meal had even arrived.

That's the feeling I wanted to recreate with our cob loaf. Warm, crusty bread with a rich, creamy filling that's made for sharing. It's comfort food at its best, and it's often the first dish to disappear."
