NOT YOUR AVERAGE COROLLA. ๐๐ฅ
Another driven daily, found in its natural habitat, sitting near Rising Sun FPV (you've got to check this place out!!)
When someone hands you the opportunity to shoot a TOYOTA GR Corolla, you don't exactly say no.
Underneath the Corolla badge is a properly angry little package: 1.6L turbocharged three-cylinder, GR-FOUR AWD, 221kW, 400Nm, Torsen LSDs, big GR brakes and 18-inch wheels wrapped in Yokohama ADVAN rubber.
But thereโs something a little different about this one.
Normally, one of the GR Corolla's most recognisable features is that crazy three-tip exhaust hanging out the back. And Toyota didn't put three pipes there just because it looks cool. The factory system uses a valved centre outlet to manage exhaust flow and reduce backpressure, helping the little three-pot breathe when it's working hard โ while also giving it that unmistakable GR soundtrack.
This one isn't rocking the factory triple-tip setup anymore. It's got something else going on......๐
