There is something so special about photographing a family in the comfort of their own home, where all the little moments unfold naturally.

A glowing new mum, the proudest dad, one very loved little girl, and of course their beautiful dog Luna making sure she didn’t miss a thing. 🤍

These early days are such a blur, but they’re also some of the most precious. Tiny fingers, sleepy cuddles, quiet moments on the couch, and a home that’s suddenly filled with a whole new kind of love.

Thank you Jess & Mike for welcoming me into this beautiful season of your lives. It was such an honour to capture your first memories together as a family. 💛

A year ago I was counting down the days until I got to meet this little guy… and now somehow he’s ONE 🥹

I’m not okay.

The other day, someone asked me if maternity and newborn photos are really worth it.

My answer was simple: You’ll never regret taking them.

And I truly believe that because I practice what I preach.

These three photos tell our story:

The days are long, but the years really are so incredibly short. Your bump disappears, those tiny curled-up newborn days become a blur, and before you know it they’re running around with the biggest personality you’ve ever known.

Photos don’t stop time, but they let you step back into those moments whenever your heart needs to.

Golden winter mornings, muddy boots, sibling cuddles and the kind of moments you never want to forget. 🤍

These are the little things that become the big things one day. The way they hold hands without being asked, the giggles, the cuddles, the love they have for each other right now.

They’re family too.

After three almost back-to-back maternity leaves, I’m officially taking bookings again.

Over the past few years, I’ve had so many enquiries that were met with, “I’m so sorry, I’m not taking bookings right now,” while I recommended some wonderful photographers instead. While I loved seeing others looked after, I’ve missed being the one capturing your stories.

One of the things I’m most excited about is catching up with past clients and seeing where life has taken you since we last met.
