Since becoming a Photographer and creating Rheal Me Studios (Previously known as Rheal Me Photography), Photography allows me to channel my creative side which in turn helps me with my past traumas and healing journey. Depression and anxiety can often manifest in ways you wouldn’t even realise.
Sometimes it’s a drowning feeling, an uncomfortable feeling, a type of masking feeling when you look happy to the world.
It’s wanting to die but live at the same time
It’s feeling so low and also so energetic at the same time.
Sometimes It’s a feeling of something is dragging you down.

At the end of the day, what matters is how are you coping with it? Do you have support? Do you have healthy coping mechanisms? Do you have a plan in place to not just live but thrive?
