choosing an in-home newborn session doesn’t mean we’re confined to only indoors
yes, we’ll capture those cozy, quiet and slow moments inside
maybe in the nursery you spent months preparing, cuddled up on the couch together in the lounge, or laid across your bed where let’s be honest… bub probably spends most of their time sleeping anyway

but it doesn’t have to end there

we can wander out into the backyard where they’ll one day run barefoot through the grass, play with the family dog, or chase after siblings in a few years time

maybe even take a little walk through your neighbourhood or down to the local park

because newborn photos aren’t just about documenting how tiny they were
they’re about remembering the beginning of their story

the wind pulling at hair, kids weaving in and out of your legs, then being tossed into the air, and everyone somehow ending up in a pile on the grass...

there's a lot that happens behind the photos like
emails, outfit planning, chasing light, editing marketing, showing up on here and being constantly humbled by the algorithm...

all the little pieces you don't always see and i'm every little bit thankful i get to do it

i think little me would be pretty proud
