It has been too long since I attended a pacing/trotting event, Sunday evening the family and I went for a look see at Wangaratta Harness Racing Club and took my Canon along. I am pleased to say that I have had the opportunity to photograph horse racing in both metro and regional locations, delighted to see so many people taking advantage of a warm afternoon, to support their local harness club.

I love the idea of snapping a ghost photo, however.....I do not want to meet a ghost however something happened that was a little odd at the old gaol in Gundagai. Jackson and his little friend Poppy and I were taking a wander through the cells area Poppy and I were sort of stirring Jackson as he did not like the cell block.
The kids wandered off to a different part after I specifically said there won't be any ghosts if no-one has died here maybe a caretaker might be still be doing the rounds a hundred years later.
I walked through the cell block to the west door took in the view of the high wall and surrounds and then took 3 steps back into the cell block area. My mobile phone was in my top pocket I recalled this because I suddenly noticed my phone torch was on.
Now I have ass rung people before but I don't think my butt is talented enough to put in my code number, drag down the screen, select torch and turn it on then put the phone back into sleep mode,
leaving the torch on. Things that make you go Mmmmmm??

Even the little birdies came down to have a festive drink in the fountain to celebrate Halloween at Monte Christo, Junee...
