The last hour of your wedding morning will disappear faster than you are ready for.
I know this because I’ve photographed over a hundred of them.
And the brides who felt calm, present, and actually inside their morning? They all had one thing in common.
They prepared for the things nobody thinks to tell you.

Not the flowers. Not the timeline. The small, specific things that make the difference between rushing out the door and walking out feeling ready.
I’ve put the ones I share with every bride I work with in the slides above.
Save this before your morning arrives or with someone who needs it🤍
And if you’re still looking for your Sydney or south Coast wedding photographer, send me a message and we can chat !

I absolutely loved that Dom and Sarah just had this ease about them.
No stiffness, no awkward posing, just two people who who love each other and genuinely enjoy spending time together and just happen to be getting married in front of one of the most iconic backdrops, Sydney Opera House.

That energy? You can’t manufacture it.

You can only make sure you’re ready when it shows up.

And this is what it looks like when you just let people be themselves. If you’re planning your wedding in Sydney or the South Coast, I would love to chat about your day.

Nobody asked for these.
Nobody said “make sure you get the bridesmaids when they first see me” or “I want a photo of grandpa holding my baby during the ceremony” or “catch my dad mid-speech while mum and I are trying not to die of embarrassment.”
Nobody thought to ask for the groom sharing some moves with his grandma on the dance floor. Or the family member holding their phone up so someone who could not be there could still be there. Or the fur baby sitting perfectly still like he knew exactly what the day meant.

Nobody asked for any of it.

And yet these are the images people go back to over and over. The ones that get framed. The ones that get sent to group chats at midnight with nothing but a string of broken heart emojis.
These are the moments that were always going to happen on your wedding day. The only question is whether someone was watching for them.
That is what I show up to do.

And if you are still looking for a Sydney wedding photographer who will have their eyes open for every single one of these moments, I would love to hear about your day and all your wedding plans 🤍

They almost didn’t book the session.
And not because they weren’t excited, but because they weren’t sure if it was necessary, if it will it feel awkward, or if they even enjoy it.
Totally normal thoughts.

And then the session started…
The laughter.
The champagne spray (yep, straight into my eye).
Their connection.

It stopped being about the camera.
And started being about them, being present, letting go, and having a moment that felt entirely theirs.

That was all them!

You don’t book a session because it’s necessary.
You book it because it brings you closer.

If you’ve been wondering if it’s “worth it”, this is your sign.
Let’s create something that feels like you. Send me a message I would love to hear your story.

He showed up for her. That was it

Twenty something years together, empty nest, and she wanted to celebrate that. He was there because he loves her.
But then somewhere between me guiding a pose and asking him to move her hair, something changed.
He became the funniest person at the shoot. The one setting the tone. The one making everyone laugh until we couldn’t breathe.
He left not wanting it to end.

That is what happens when you are with someone who knows how to make you feel comfortable instead of just telling you where to stand.

Your love story deserves to be told exactly as it is. Loud laughs, gentle moments, and everything in between.

If your partner is the reason you have not booked yet, show him this. Then reach out, I would love to hear your story.

And we are in double digits!🎉

It’s been such a blessing watching you grow, while I grow as a mum with you. Your sense of humour is spot on, your laughter is like no other, and your heart is so innocent and kind. Yet you’re also strong in your thoughts and wonderfully curious about your roots.

You love things that push me out of my comfort zone: like bike riding, insects, and spending time in the water. Oh how much you love the water. So this was the perfect place for your photos tho year.

Here’s to us: 10 years of you, and a decade of us as parents.

We love you, Fluffy. Eres mi mayor bendición mi primogénita 🤍

Your wedding day is emotional.
The nerves. The build-up. The weight of the moment finally arriving.
When it hits, you shouldn’t be thinking about your make-up.
You shouldn’t be worrying about how you look.
Your only job is to feel it.
The smallest things (the quiet adjustments, the in-between care) protect the biggest moments.
It’s never just about the photos.
It’s about making sure you feel supported in every second of your day.
If you’re planning a wedding in Sydney or the South Coast and want a photographer who looks after the moments you don’t even notice, I’d love to connect🤍

Two minutes before the ceremony.

The music hasn’t started yet.
Guests are waiting.
Everything is about to change.

So, this is the moment I gently ask for two minutes, just for them.
A father and his daughter, sharing a few quiet words before she walks into a new chapter of her life.

Because a wedding day isn’t only about starting something new.
Sometimes it also carries the quiet feeling of saying goodbye to the life that brought you here.

The home you grew up in.
The version of yourself that existed before this moment.

And that’s why this image becomes one of the most meaningful ones I deliver.
Not because of the pose.
But because of the story it holds.

If you’re planning your wedding, make space for moments like this.
They often become the ones that mean the most years later.

If you’re looking for a Sydney wedding photographer who captures the quiet in-between moments as much as the big celebrations, I’d love to hear about your day 🤍

Posing can feel rigid.
Direction feels like movement.
There’s a difference.

When I’m photographing a groom (or a couple), I’m not asking for stiff smiles or perfectly placed hands. I’m guiding. I might say, “Walk towards her,” or “Fix your cufflinks and take a breath,” or “Whisper something only she would understand.”

It creates motion. It creates connection.
And that’s why it feels real, because it is.

As a photographer, one of the things I care about most is making sure you don’t feel awkward or staged. You don’t need to know how to pose. You just need a little direction and space to be yourself.

That’s the difference between posing and guiding.

So, If you’re planning your wedding in Sydney or South Coast and want photos that feel natural, relaxed, and completely you, I’d love to chat.

They said they were awkward.
They weren’t sure he’d enjoy it.
They didn’t want cheesy smiles.
They just wanted it to feel natural.
And then… they forgot I was even there.

Being a couples photographer isn’t just about capturing posed photos. It’s about creating space for you to feel at ease, laugh, connect, and be completely yourselves, even in front of the camera. These are the moments that tell your true story, the ones you’ll treasure long after the day is over.
If you’ve been thinking a professional photoshoot isn’t for you… or that you’re “not photogenic,” it is, and you are. Sometimes, all it takes is the right guidance.

Whether it’s the Sydney CBD, the Blue Mountains, or the South Coast, I’d love to travel to capture your story and create images that feel like you send me a message, we can chat!

Losing my dad eight days before my wedding made me realise how much a photographer can hold space for a couple, not just capture images. It showed me that we’re here for more than the photos; we’re here for the experience. Here’s what I carry from that day into every wedding I photograph:

1. There is space for every emotion.
Joy and grief can sit side by side. Nerves and excitement can exist at the same time. I never rush moments. I allow space for you to breathe and come back. Reading the room is part of my expertise.

2. The in-between moments tell the real story.
The squeeze of a hand. The deep breath before walking down the aisle. The quiet glance across the room. Capturing these means keeping a constant awareness of the people and the energy around you.

3. Family and friends matter. There is always time for those essential photos with the people who mean the most. ALWAYS.

4. Support is felt, not just seen. The gentle guidance and reassurance I offer may go unnoticed in the moment, but it shapes how you remember your day, how you felt, not just how it looked.

5. Connection over perfection.
Your wedding isn’t about performing. It’s about choosing each other. My role is to gently guide, never force, so your photographs reflect the truth of your connection.

If you’re planning a Sydney wedding or a South Coast celebration and want a day that feels intentional, supported, and beautifully documented, I’d love to hear about your plans 🤍

Getting ready with the boys on your wedding day doesn’t have to mean stiff poses or awkward setups.

It can be summer light bouncing off the pool. A few drinks in hand. Shirts unbuttoned while someone attempts to fix a tie. Music playing in the background, laughter carrying through the air.

When you’re relaxed, just soaking it all in with your closest mates, that’s when stories from years ago resurface.. and it makes it all worth it. The planning, the anticipation, the connection, it all becomes part of your wedding morning in the most honest way.

And If this is the kind of wedding morning you’re dreaming of: Stress-free, effortless -not staged - let’s chat.
I’d love to hear what you’re planning for your wedding in Sydney or the South Coast!
