Scheffilm was founded in 2000, when Lucas Scheffel decided at age 18 that he was going to fulfil his life long dream of making a feature film. Lucas' first feature film, a B Grade, exploitation, zombie film, The Counterpart, successfully obtained international DVD distribution. In 2008 the company was further established by Julie Dickson who now with Lucas, jointly owns and operates Scheffilm in M
elbourne, Victoria. We are commited to creating engaging and inovative moving image and boast a broad range of experience in Directing and Producing film, television and music videos. Scheffilm is comprised of a committed group of professionals who have an intense enthusiasm and devotion to film and other visual media, and a desire to work together to tell stories and entertain.
