👻 A look back at where the journey began…

Before returning to this old train station with my camera, this place was already a part of my photography story.

These three photos were captured back in Year 11 during an art workshop at this very location. It was one of the moments that helped me discover my love for capturing forgotten places, hidden stories, and the feeling that certain locations leave behind.

Looking back at these images now, it’s amazing to see how much my photography has grown — but the passion has always been there.

I’ll always remember the people who helped me along this journey. My amazing art teacher gave me the chance to step outside my comfort zone, explore photography in a different way, and create memories in places I may have never experienced otherwise. This moment will always be a special part of my story. 📸

Same place. Different time. A new story waiting to be told. 👻

A place filled with memories… and maybe a few spirits too.

I recently returned to this old train station with my camera, searching for the stories that still linger between the walls. Capturing these ghostly moments was something truly special — but what made this location even more meaningful was the memory attached to it.

Back in Year 11, I had the opportunity to attend a photography/art workshop at this very same spot. It was one of those experiences that helped spark my creativity and reminded me why I love capturing the unseen stories within forgotten places.

A huge shoutout to my amazing art teacher for giving me those opportunities, encouraging my creativity, and helping me grow as an artist. I’ll always appreciate the memories and inspiration you gave me. 🤍

Some places hold more than just history… sometimes they hold echoes of the past. 👻📸
