বরিশালের তরুণ সমাজ যারা ছবি তুলতে এবং সিনেমা তৈরিতে আগ্রহী তাদের নিয়ে গড়ে উঠেছে এ সংগঠনটি।সারা বিশ্বে বরিশালকে পরিচিত করিয়ে দিতে "Journey To Dream" স্লোগান নিয়ে ২০১১ সালের ২১ শে ফেব্রুয়ারি সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম ফেসবুকের মাধ্যমে এ সংগঠনটি যাত্রা শুরু করে।ঐ বছরেরই ২৬ শে মার্চ ৩০ জন ফটোগ্রাফারের ছবি নিয়ে বরিশালের ঐতিহ্যবাহী অশ্বিনী কুমার টাউন হলে ৩ দিনের আলোকচিত্র প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয়। এরপর ২০১৫ সালের ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসের ২০ তারিখ বরিশাল এর পাবলিক স্কয়ারে ২ দিনের আলোকচিত্র ও ফিল্ম প্রদর্শনীর আয়জন করা হয়।
