Sometimes, We fall in the rush. That does not mean you are incapable. Time has few advantages. It helps you to make perfect decisions. Unfilled means not weakness. This is a test. The one who helps you when you make mistakes. Don’t forget her. Don’t forget to remember her. Don’t forget to respect her. She did guide you as a responsible leader.

Similarly, helping someone is a great character of a person. This is a great virtue. You are making a mistake that does not mean you are incapable. You failed and grabbed knowledge. If you look around the world, you will see that every laborer has minimum wages. Specially developed countries. This developed country was undeveloped at a time. They are now done and changed their infrastructure with pure truth ethics. Not by doing corruption. They have strong ethics. They did strong work. They have strong leadership. That's why they did make. Now they are developed.

If you violate ethics, you never shine. You will not be able to develop just because of ethics violation. If you lose your ethics, then you lose everything. This is pure truth. In the meantime, you will not be a good leader without pure ethics.

Requesting everyone, don’t break your commitment. Keeping commitment is one of the biggest points of leadership. Ethics and manners will help a lot for being a good leader. A good leader can change an undeveloped to developed by their exceptional leadership.

Corruption, ethics violation, betreat or commitment breaking are one of the biggest reasons for staying below in the line of undeveloped.

Developed countries always focus on their ethics and morals. That's why they are stable.

We are not either maintaining commitment nor ethics. That's why we are staying the same. We can't see any good things. This type of mentality needs to change. Otherwise, how we change our ethics.

A lot of big business downing steps just because of the lack of ethics violation. If we can honour our labour with minimum wages to survive. Then we can speak out we are actually right with our ethics. Please don’t forget to happy your labour with their wages. Let them survive. Otherwise, you can't survive. Labour is the biggest asset of your business. If your labour is not satisfied, your business will take a single minute to step down.

Employees are the biggest asset. Don’t forget to remember them and their contribution to your business. Remember them, honouring them is one of the biggest good practices for your business, and nation as well.

Hiring and firing both is a really complicated process. It's a major challenge for surviving or growing your businesses.

Leadership is one of them. Proper leadership can be flexible for those things.

You hired a lot of skilled and efficient talent. This is good. But don’t forget to point it out about the leadership.

Employees firing is so easy. Employe recruiting is so much easier. Making vacancy posts and hiring is also easy. But employee retaining is not so easy. Whereas a good leader makes it very perfectly.

That's why leading is easy but being a good leader. Leading a group of teams is not so easy. Leadership experience is very much essential to move a team into another step.

Where you are thinking of firing an employee. But an experienced good leader planning to restart with these firing guys.

Leadership thinking is very complicated. This thinking comes from experience. Employees firing and those employees are leaving your organisations are very concerning issues. You should think twice about everything. Leaders help very much to grow your businesses much. Leading and good leadership has a major difference.
