Some mothers are fighting a silent battle that no one notices.

They live through mental exhaustion, physical pain, sleepless nights, heartbreak, stress, postpartum struggles, and the way motherhood completely changes their bodies, minds, and souls.

Mother like me, smile in public, but cry in private. They carry the trauma, the sadness. We mothers drown, but we accept everything to give our children a healthy and safe life.

So on Mother's Day, hug a mom a little tighter. Some of us are tired beyond words! Some of us are physically exhausted! Some of us haven't felt the same way in years. But despite all the odds, we wake up every day and choose our children above all else.❤️
