Any form of plagiarism or the unauthorized appropriation of another photographer’s work undermines the harmony and integrity of an exhibition and disrespects the time, effort, and dedication invested by photographers.

Following an executive decision of AFMCPC, the following measures are in effect:

1. Any participant with a previously proven history of plagiarism or unauthorized appropriation of photographic work is permanently banned from participating in any competition organized by AFMCPC.

2. Evidence such as metadata, reverse image searches, or even a verbal admission made to any executive member of the club may serve as grounds for disciplinary action and permanent banishment.

3. In matters concerning plagiarism and unauthorized use of photographic work, any decision taken by AFMCPC shall be final. Participants with any concerns or objections are requested to consult the appropriate authority.

4. Any participant found guilty of plagiarism or unauthorized appropriation based on conclusive evidence will be subject to severe disciplinary action, as determined by the competent authority.

AFMCPC remains committed to preserving originality, artistic integrity, and respect for the creative efforts of every photographer.
