π Time & Stress Management β A Day Well Spent! π
On 26th June, we had the pleasure of facilitating a power-packed training on Time and Stress Management for 34 enthusiastic participants from various divisions of CHO β and what a meaningful experience it was!
I conducted the Time Management session, focusing on practical tools and powerful reflections. We explored techniques like the Priority Matrix, Time-blocking, Self-assessment, and quick-win strategies β all brought to life through stories and active participation.
π We opened with the timeless Jar of Life story and closed with the unforgettable Bank of 86,400 Seconds β reminding everyone how every moment counts.
π§ Participants shared that they didnβt lose focus even for a moment β thanks to a session rich with:
βοΈ Group discussions
βοΈ One-minute tasks
βοΈ Gamified activities
βοΈ Real-world reflection
βοΈ Engaging stories
The second half was masterfully led by Tasneem Huq, who conducted the Stress Management session. Her calm yet powerful delivery helped participants understand their stress triggers and discover effective ways to manage pressure and emotions.
π― The feedback was overwhelmingly positive β engaged minds, open conversations, and actionable insights throughout.
Thank you to each participant for making it such a vibrant learning environment.
β³ Every day brings us 86,400 seconds β itβs what we do with them that defines the difference.
