Aureum is crafted as a composition of modern luxury, timeless detailing and curated living within an 8,400 sft apartment in Gulshan 2. Blessed with abundant daylight, air, and park views, the residence offered the designers a blank canvas, while for the family of five it represented the beginning of their dream home. Their brief called for a space defined by character, warmth and understated elegance.
The design embraces a minimalist yet refined neo classical approach, where classic proportions meet modern restraint. Subtle wall cladding, muted colours and gentle ceiling treatments create a calm, homely ambiance. Modern furniture and carefully selected lighting enhance the spatial mood. Contemporary fixtures elevate the bathrooms, while geometric floor patterns introduce crafted sophistication. Gardens and terraces are designed to blend seamlessly with the interiors, creating fluid transitions.
Aureum ultimately becomes a curated living environment-an apartment transformed into a warm, timeless home.
