Place: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Target: Negotiable
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 15,000-25,000 (negotiable)

Academic Quality:
Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline.
Educational background is considerable if anyone has practical job experience on IT based company as a Sales Executive.
Job Description / Responsibility:
📋Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
📋Collect market information and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management to contribute to the company`s growth and success.
📋Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
📋Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure profitable deals and close sales effectively.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
📋Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer support, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
📋Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance selling skills and effectiveness.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
📋Reply to queries after understanding client requirements by maintaining marketplace terms and conditions.
📋Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
Skills Required:
