We are incredibly proud to celebrate the remarkable achievement of our alumnus, Sultan Mahmud Mukut Bhai, whose powerful work has been featured in Netra News' latest visual story, "Shot in the Eye: July."

From his days with AUST Photography Club (AUSTPC) to his contributions as a documentary photographer with Drik Picture Library, UNICEF Bangladesh, and international editorial platforms including SOPA Images, Mukut Bhai has consistently used photography to document stories that matter.

Your dedication, courage, and commitment to visual storytelling continue to inspire the next generation of photographers.

Congratulations, Mukut Bhai! Wishing you many more milestones ahead.

Bangladesh now ranks among the five countries with the highest numbers of eye injuries caused by state forces using weapons against protesters. Photographer Sultan Mahmud Mukut documents the lives of some of the victims in the aftermath of the July Uprising of 2024.

Started the tournament as the underdogs & ended up cracking the semis. That's enough to say what this team is made of.
No cap...everyone's dedication was topnotch.
Semi curse got us.. .. but we move. Heads high...we will go again.
