"Minimum Safety Distance Warning System". 🚀
Keeping modern automated vehicle safety and industrial protection systems in mind, we designed this prototype utilizing an ESP32 microcontroller and an ultrasonic sensor to measure object proximity in real-time, displaying precise data on a 1.3" OLED Display.
🔬 Experimental Threshold & Multi-Level Alert System:
* 100 cm: Blue LED activates for initial awareness.
* 50 cm: Yellow LED triggers to indicate a closer approach.
* 20 cm: Red LED lights up for a high-risk warning.
* 10 cm: Buzzer sounds immediately for critical emergency proximity.
📊 Experimental Accuracy & Performance:
Rigorous lab testing demonstrated high-precision performance with an overall range accuracy of approximately ±98.5%. The processing speed of the ESP32 delivered exceptional reliability during real-world distance calibrations.
