The client as shown overleaf agrees to hire Photography services provided by "DA VINCI Weddings" for the event will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

* All photographs

taken by "DA VINCI Weddings" are subject to copyright.

*30% of the payment must be made in advance prior to the event as confirmation. The remaining half of the payment must be completed after the end of the events.

*No refund policy of advance payments due to accidental cancellation of booking.

*"DA VINCI Weddings" holds the right to Edit, Modify, and process any photograph.

*Delivery of all of the photographs is ensured within 6 weeks of the event. Clients may collect all the un-edited Photos within 1st week of their event.

*Clients must select the photos for the printing process.

*It is highly recommended to hire only one professional team to get the best result.

*BDT 1500/- will be charged for every extra hour .
*Client have to provide transport for the photographers and Cinematographers depending on the event destination but after 11.30 pm it's mandatory.

* Clients outside of Dhaka & Mymensingh have to pay 40% extra
