• Terms & Conditions :
• 50% payment is required as booking money and the rest or minimum 30% is payable on the last day of event (then, the rest will must be paid before delivery).
• For additional hour it will be charged 1,000 BDT per hour.
• Booking money is non-refundable, but may reschedule under special circumstances and on availability.
• Client will have to choose the pictures they want printed.
• Team Wedding Narail holds the right to display any photograph and video to promote the business on social and advertising media, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.
• If one doesn’t want to get there pictures uploaded on any kind of social media then the client will have to pay us 40% of the total Bill & get the whole copyright rights of their pictures.
• It may take approx. 3 to 8 weeks to deliver the photos & videos, but you can take raw files after 4/5 days of the event by paying rest of the amount.
• All the Charges mentioned here are not negotiable and only applicable for the Events held in Narail Town.
• For better Photographs and cinematography, the location/venue/stages/places where the Bride & Groom would be must have adequate light and proper decorations.
• For better Outdoor Portraits and Couple Pictures the Bride and GROOM will have to come Early in venue. Winter Time : 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Summer Time : 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
• If for some reason they come late in the venue the bride and groom will have to give us minimum 1 hour time for taking portraits without any kind of disturbance or anything.
• If the Bride & Groom fail to give us time they won’t be able to blame Team PRISM if they don't get any good Portraits & Couple Pictures.
• Client must provide transport & accommodation for the events outside of the town.
