I often get asked which camera lens and body I use. Until now, most of my images have been shot on the Sony | Alpha A6600 & A7R V combined with the TAMRON Europe 150-500mm.

But I also have some very exciting news, on my next trip to Botswana, next November, I’ll be teaming up with Cameraland & Sony Benelux and I’ll have the opportunity to try the Sony A7R VI, combined with their new 100-400mm f/4.5.

Do you expect that the images shot on the new combo will be better than the ones in this carousel?

🐆🦁 2026, YOU’VE BEEN VERY PHOTOGENIC SO FAR 🐘🦍

Yesterday I was remenising about my year so far and I was realising that even though, I spent less time in the bush this year than other years, the photographic opportunities have been out of this world.

I also realised that I need less and less good sighting to get good photos as 2026 was the year that I upped my game when it came to actual bangers. I’m proud of it and I’m not afraid to say it out loud.
