Warme chocolademelk of marshmallows?

We houden van vuurtjes stoken. Zeker als we erboven een marshmallow kunnen roosteren.

We probeerden voor het eerst het volgende recept:
1. Rooster je marshmallow
2. Neem twee petit beurre koekjes
3. Neem een stukje chocolade
4. Leg de marshmallow en het stukje chocolade tussen de koekjes.

Echt lekker! Hebben jullie het al geprobeerd?

Wat zijn jullie weekendplannen?

Het regent hier in België. Normaal gezien voorzien we altijd een buitenactiviteit met de kindjes, maar vandaag gaan we koekjes bakken.

Deze foto is genomen in . We komen hier graag om even tot rust te komen en het principe van slow living te respecteren.
Ook Fran en Annelie hadden er deugd van.

Even stil hier vanwege een ziek kindje.
Ons Fran heeft een ernstige keelontsteking gekregen, dus alle aandacht ging even naar haar.
Gelukkig begint het eindelijk wat te beteren met de juiste medicatie.
Mijn moederhart breekt dan toch altijd even.

Ochtendzon of avondzon?

Ik hou echt van de ochtendzon, zeker als het mistig is. Alles ontwaakt zo rustig en vredig.
Op deze dag waren ik en mijn zus bloemen gaan plukken in de pluktuin. Het zullen waarschijnlijk de laatste van het jaar zijn.

What are your weekend plans?

The weather is beautiful in Belgium. Perfect weather for a walk in the woods! The forest in Merksplas has beautiful ferns. We are in love with these plants.

How do you reconnect with nature? 🌿

I want my children to grow up in nature as much as possible.

My friend and I are making new plans to let them play outside for a while after school.

We are also making plans for "mini adventures. After work we drive our VWT2 van to a nice place, prepare food, play outside and spend the night there. 🌙
Just to reconnect with nature.

What is coziness to you?

The days are beginning to shorten. Every moment the sun is shining, I try to enjoy it.
Currently, I am reading the book 📖 The Great Gansby. Has anyone read it yet?

Autumn🍁 is my reading season. Nice and comfy in the couch with a cup of tea. The candles burning 🔥 I always buy candles with the scent of vanilla or cinnamon. Which scent do you like?

I'm re-reading pride and prejudice in the English version. The story is so romantic.
This picture reminds me of Elisabeth. How she walks in the meadows with a book in her hand.
I could re-read this book a 1,000 times.

What is your favourite fruit?

My sister bought these vintage-style clothes. We love nature and are increasingly trying to live by the authentic lifestyle. It creates connection with nature.
Here we were on our way to pick blackberries. Not a bucket full, but a few to eat over breakfast. We love the harvesting season. Soon we will go out to pick apples. Then we bake delicious apple pie.
