Spring seems to arrive in Belgium almost overnight. One moment the air still carries winter’s chill, and the next, soft sunlight spills across cobblestone streets, buds appear on every branch, and the parks fill with quiet shades of green. It’s a gentle reminder that change doesn’t always come slowly—sometimes it bursts forward all at once, bringing fresh energy, new beginnings, and the simple joy of longer, brighter days. 🌱

And the winner is...Rustic!

After an online poll, the winner for this year's holiday sessions is the adorable Christmas Tree farm just 30 minutes outside of Brussels! Once again we are lucky enough to be welcomed at my favorite little Christmas tree farm in Zemst. A fun theme, outdoors, merry and playful. Sessions are 30 minutes and include 8 images of your choosing.

Dear friends, after a wonderful summer break, it's time to turn our minds to the coming harvest! A Splendid Harvest is designed to capture the ripeness of summer as we transition into fall. Now blooms have grown into sweet fruits during the long, lazy days of summer. Days giving way to richer colors, softer light and a crispness in the air.

All this in mind and due to popular demand, I am excited to confirm August 23 as the date for the Apple Harvest Adventure in the apple orchards in Nieuwerkerken.

Nieuwerkerken is located 45 minutes out of Brussels and makes for a beautiful day out. You can check out some past events here and here. Join us on the beautiful adventure. 🍎

New baby Friday! Working with newborns is one of my favorite things in the world. Slowing down to newborn speed is good for the heart and for the soul. ♥
