Most people have no idea.
They think editing is just cropping.
Maybe letting PS do it's work for you while you sip a coffee.
Newsflash: nope. Instead it's hours of hard work behind a screen, until you shaped some coal into the small diamonds you thought you could see - if you're lucky.
I love small gigs, with their intimacy, the connection between artist and crowd.
The realness of it, there's no room for errors - there's no carpet to sweep any mistakes under. But it's those little things that give true value.
I've even come to terms with the difficult lighting.
After all, challenges are what makes your work worthwhile.
