Hiiiiii there!

Welcome to my little corner of film-inspired art. I'm Elien, a 30-year old mom, outdoor lover and photographer with a mission. I’ve been behind the camera for over 10 years, but motherhood completely changed the way I photograph (and how I live, too).

These days, my heart makes a happy dance when I photograph motherhood and family life: the wild, intimate, unposed, playful, messy kind of moments.

My grandmother was a photographer. I have soooo many memories (both photos and film) of my childhood. This is why my work is deeply inspired by film, home movies and old family photographs. Imperfect, nostalgic and full of emotions.
