About feeling your own body, moving as it asks you to. When we dance, we are also aligning ourselves, releasing tensions and blockages. Intending to dance can be an act of prayer. For me, dance brings me back to the feminine, and that's how photo sessions happen. I like to bring liberation so that expression can emerge. I propose movements and we dance together, raising our greatest power. Try to bring this intention the next time you dance, no matter the music, but how much you are present in the moment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This connection with our own body is an important practice for our mental and physical health. When we are in tune with our body, we can recognize our emotions and needs and act more consciously in our lives. Dance is a fun and creative way to explore this connection and let repressed emotions flow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
