Well guys it’s Christmas crunch time! One week left until Christmas and I’m seriously going to be a crazy person all week. 🙈🎄🙈 People keep asking me if I’m ready and I get a weird twitch in my eye. 😂😂

Also, why are we doing a fun dress up day every day this week at my sons school? I mean, I’m grateful that they make school a super fun for him, but I also might lose my mind. 🙈🙈

Whenever I have a lot going on it can be easy to slip into a bad mood. But December is the last time I want to be feeling down even if it can be a little overwhelming for everyone. So I came up with 3 ways to reset my mood to share with you.

1. Move your body. Even if it’s just a short walk. I find that when I get a little bit of exercise both my mood and productivity go up.
2. Music. Listening to something happy and upbeat works like a charm. I like to put on my headphones while I power clean my kitchen.
3. A good snack. Healthy or not. Sometimes its an apple that does the trick to fix my hangry grumps and sometimes it’s comfort food that brings up my mood.
