The photoshoot is what CREATES the confidence.

You don't need to feel ready. You need to show up anyway.
Because confidence isn't a prerequisite. It's the result.

Every single client who walked into my studio "not feeling confident" walked out different. Not because their body changed. Because they finally saw themselves clearly.
