Oh boy! This will be my last big move for years to come. It’s crunch time though as we are now getting organized and packing up. Edmonton has been an experience with lots of highs and lows for us. Along the way we met so many phenomenal people we will miss dearly but alas we are Island bound. Home to our family, our friends, my incredible son Colton and waking to the mountains and ocean again. ❤️. Can’t wait to take a swim the moment I get off that ferry in a couple weeks.

Tomorrow is a very big day for my amazing son Colton as he’s flying into Rossland to start his professional career as a working actor/performer straight out of university graduation. Although I was unable to be there in person to give him a proper send off this time, I am very thankful he has his Dad and family are at his side. I always tell Colton that he was the best day of my life. The day he made me a Mom. Go kick some ass My Boy!!! You were born to do this and I am beyond proud of you. The sky is the limit!

Update!!! Make that 5 kittens. At last I’m a Grandma!!! Tonight Josie gave birth to 3 beautiful black a white puttytats! It was so amazing to watch. Gross at times and I’m quite certain I’m now a vegetarian after having a front row seat in what felt like a Natural Geographic Episode but all are healthy and that was very special to witness start to finish.

It's looking like a fabulous turn out for our In-Person Celebration on May the 3rd! Check your emails ladies! Our 1st In-Person Celebration will take place Saturday, April 19th in Sherwood Park. This exhibition will be featuring 40 amazing ladies over the age of 40 in Edmonton that I have photographed in the last year. I can't wait to see everyone!

I'M BEYOND THRILLED THAT OUR BIG ANNOUNCEMENT FOR OUR MAGAZINE RELEASE AND THE DATE OF OUR IN-PERSON CELEBRATION IS GOING TO BE SENT OUR TO OUR MAGNIFICENT FIRST GROUP OF OUR 40 OVER 40 IN EDMONTON IS COMING THIS WEEK!!! Two teeny tiny hints as I await final confirmation and email everyone. It will be in April and take place in Sherwood Park! Stay tuned everyone!!!
