"Paws & Remember"
For those of you who don't know, my full time gig is in veterinary medicine. I have seen more than a handful of pets during their last moments here on earth, held some while they've made their journey, and so this is something that is very near and dear to my heart β€οΈ
I will be taking on a select few "Paws to Remember" sessions moving forward for families getting ready say goodbye. Please don't hesitate to reach out for further details and availability π
This is Bibbles. I snapped these photos on a whim one morning as I was having my tea because her colors looked so pretty in the morning sun. I didn't realize at the time that just a few short months later she would be crossing the rainbow bridge πΎπ
About a month ago I opened these pictures up on my computer knowing exactly what I should do with them.
Bibbles was my very first pet when my family moved to Manitoba. I found her in a hay loft while I was playing on the bales with a friend (like all good farm kids do.) More fluff than kitten, we picked her up and brought her to the house and begged to keep her and the rest is history. Bibbles was the best mouser and tried right until the end (though sometimes needed her trusty sidekick to do the running), wasn't afraid to remind the dogs of their place, had a purr that sounded like a motorcycle, and she gave the best kisses π
She was ready to go π and will forever be remembered as the best floof πΎ
